You might have noticed that during the
winter time i became a little bit obsessed with one particular color – i
talking about blue more specifically navy blue. It was such a big trend this
year that it was pretty easy to find amazing pieces almost everywhere and in my
opinion it’s such a flattering shade. So when i was asked if i wanted to take a
look at the new Tommy Hilfiger Spring 2014 True to the Blue SportswearCollection i immediately said yes and even though i’ve always struggled with
denim or jeans in general i realized that it’s actually one of the most
versatile piece of clothing. I also have to say that i found much inspiration
in the blogsphere that i actually became a huge fan of a full denim look - Who
would have ever thought that!! So the „True to the Blue“ collection is
definitely something different because it has been complemented by a
collarboration with five international industrial designers which is comprised
of key pieces for men, women and children featuring various shades of blue and
indigo, with pop colors in neon pink and orange. So this cross-border
collarboration is definitely a good example that you can create so much more
with people who have different views. Fyi: The True to the Blue collection is
already available at Tommy Hilfiger stores in Europe, the U.S., Asia, Latin
America and on tommy.com.

The Ethnic Dress
Not only once have i mentioned it before that i rarely wear dresses or skirts – it’s always the same i simply don’t get the
comfortable feeling and i always feel to girly or simply said like a doll. Don’t
get me wrong - i think a lot of girls
can pull off a cute dress and look amazing but in my case it’s always a
challenge. So when i got the chance to pick out an item on Sheinside i thought –
hey it’s time for something different. So after a few minutes i spotted two
items i really liked – a denim coat and an ethnic dress and as you can see I ended up getting the second
option. I mean i was always a fan of this kind of pattern and usually i prefer
a monochrome look but after all I'm really happy that i stepped out of my comfort zone.

The Style Mission at the Vienna International Airport
So sorry for being M.I.A. but the last
couple of weeks were pretty insane. Anyways, a few weeks back i was invited
along with some other bloggers (Disicouture, Stylekingdom, TheLipsticknet, Hpunktanna) to the Vienna Airport to have a look at
their shops and in association with the Fashion Camp Vienna & the ViennaAwards for Fashion & Lifestyle we also got the chance to restyle the
displays of Aeronautica Militare, Airfield, Canali, Porsche Design Just
Cavalli, Wolford, Heinemann & Salvatore Ferragamo. I have to say that it
was pretty much fun being a visual merchandiser for one day because it’s
definitely something different in comparison to the styling jobs i did in the
past. But over all it was a cool experience and i wouldn’t mind doing
something like that every once in a while! So in this case i was responsible for
two brands – Canali & Just Cavalli and honestly – i really fell in love
with the cream bag which was actually from the men section – but if you follow
my blog for quite a while you have probably noticed that i simply love the mix
of feminine and masculine pieces! You will also find a little behind-the-scenes video by the end of the post!
