The Neon Beanie

I guess after winter i will be remembered as that girl who wore beanies 24/7 but i absolutely  love this kind of hats especially this neon version which brightens up this all black ensemble without looking like a walking highlighter. I got it from the kid’s department of H&M – have you ever shopped there...i mean for yourself??!! It might sound like a totally weird idea but i swear sometimes you’ll find pieces like hats, sweaters or really cute bow ties at a lower cost and no, you don’t have to be a size 0. So why don’t you give it a try – at least for once. Maybe you'll find something special in the kid’s section.

A Pop of Color

Months ago i went to the men’s section of H&M just because i know that i’ll always find something special. I ended up getting these perfect grey sweatpants which turned out to be the most comfortable and fluffy pants i’ve ever worn. Back then i also snapped some pictures of me wearing those pants just to make sure if they really fit me and i also shared them on my instagram account. It turned out that a lot of my followers were looking for the same style of sweatpants. I’m sure a lot of you don’t like this „trend“ but whenever i don’t have patience to squeeze into my jeans or skirts i always go back to my sweats and obviously they match perfectly with my new coat.

Different shades

Fall is not always easy to handle especially when the temperatures are jumping up and down. That’s one of the reason why i always layer myself up until i'm ready for the cold weather. So over the weekend i chose to wear my furry coat again (looks like it’s made of sheep fur – but it’s not) and went for an outfit with different shades of burgundy. Even though i always tend to wear something black especially my black boots it was about time to wear something different on my feet but i couldn’t help myself and added at least one black piece.

Layering Necklaces

During summer i’ve noticed the insane amounts of arm party posts on many blogs and instagram accounts i’m following. Of course i  became a huge fan of this popular trend but at a certain point i was craving for something new and i thought if my arm can have a party i guess my neck can follow up. Statement necklaces are still one of my favourite accessoires so i first  layered a couple of my favourite necklaces with different colors, textures and lenghts and placed them around the neck of my dress form to create different looks. When it comes to layering necklaces i really don’t follow a rule but i try to use different lengths with diverse shapes to keep the chains from clumping and tangling.Usually i wear big chunky pieces but during the day i would prefer the thin and delicate ones which looks great on basic tops or simple dresses. For those of you who like to experiment with mulit-accessory looks i think this would be a lot of fun. So what about you? What about your personal preferences when it comes to jewellery?

Wrapped up

Three weeks ago I scored two great pairs of black and blue brocade pants during the Pre-Opening of Primark. The great thing about this trend is that you can wear it from day to night and it always has a natural air of sophistication. Since i’ve worn the black one more than once (youn can check out my outfit on instagram) it was actually time to incorporate the blue one into my everday life. Here are some quick shots my mum took while my parents and i we were strolling around the city.

Bonnie Strange at P&C Fashionation in Vienna

Almost 2 weeks ago I’ve been invited along with other bloggers to meet Bonnie Strange during her signing session at Fashionation Department of Peek and Cloppenburg. When i think of Bonnie Strange I would call her a modern entrepreneur since she’s working in so many sections. She’s a model, photographer, songwriter, blogger and also designer since she and her friend laura and designer partner created their own label „The Shit“. Her line features men’s and women’s wear and she was kind enough to bring some goodies with her.  In other words „the shit sweaters“ from her own store „THE SHIT SHOP“ which will be available at the Fashionation Department very soon. Overall she seemed to be a very humble person who loves to talk to her young fans and enjoyed her time here in Vienna.

In between

Before the temperatures dropped down 2 weeks ago i  enjoyed the mild fall weather and change of colors. This is pretty much my favourite time of the year where i’m able to wear those essential between season items like my light burgundy jacket. Instead of wearing my black boots again like i did in the previous posts, i finally decided to try something else – like my chucks!  So this is the look i chose whenever i like to dress casual and cozy at the same time!
