Högl - Collaboration

There are times where i love to get inspired by different kind of fashion trends from the past. I was always a huge fan of the Twenties but after seeing „Factory Girl“ for the third time and pinning some inspiration pictures of Edie Sedgwick & Co on one of my Pinterest boards, i became slighty obsessed with the Sixties – i even made my own Twiggy–inspired earrings!

However, a few days ago i was asked if i want to collaborate with the austrian shoe brand Högl which is well known for their good quality. I went to one of their stores here in Vienna in the first district am Graben and snapped some pictures of their current collection – and guess what?! The swinging sixties are back – which means knee high Go-Go Boots, College-Pumps, Mary-Janes or Knitten Heels. It’s all about cool colors, such as dark petrol, berry hues and of course black.

I also have been given the chance to take some outfit-pictures with some of their shoes but first of all i would like to give you an overview of their range of footwear. Can’t wait to shoot some sixties-inspired-outfits.
What's your favorite decade of fashion?
(my favorite boots)

A few weeks ago Högl also announced its latest designer collaboration with the fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer. The whole collection "Guido Maria Kretschmer for Högl" will be launched during Berlin Fashion Week on the 17th of January 2013 (pictures bellow!!). Here are some snapshots of the fitting.
